Partnering with the John Keells Group (specifically their specialized brand Ayu by Walkers Tours) and Diethelm Travel, we offer seamless medical holiday packages that combine clinical IVF and cosmetic treatments with authentic Ayurvedic yoga retreats for global patients.

Mohamed Rushdi is the visionary founder and Managing Director of MRN Holdings International. With over 18 years of pioneering leadership in the pharmaceutical sector and medical services industry, he has dedicated his career to improving clinical success standards in reproductive health. Under his leadership, MRN Holdings has evolved into Sri Lanka's leading partner for IVF business development, establishing standard-setting lab collaborations and connecting local medical centres with premier global experts.
Rizvi Bagoos
Director & Co-Founder
Rizvi Bagoos co-founded MRN Holdings and oversees operations, strategic alignments, and international partnerships. With a strong background in corporate logistics and tourism strategy, Rizvi was instrumental in pioneering MRN's integrated Medical & Wellness Tourism division. He works closely with premium travel groups like John Keells Group (Ayu by Walkers Tours) and Diethelm Travel to design premium recovery and wellness paths for international patients coming to Sri Lanka.
